AI that actually
gets built.

Most people selling AI around here have never shipped any. I run five AI products in production — real payments, real users, real maintenance. I'll show you mine, and then we'll work out what's actually worth building for you.

The problem

Most AI advice is written by people who have never shipped software.

You've read the articles. You've tried ChatGPT a few times. Somewhere in there is probably a real hour a day you could get back — but nobody can tell you which hour, and the people offering to help mostly sell prompt packs and slide decks.

I build software for a living. That's the difference, and it's the whole pitch.

What I do

Three ways in.

01

Find the work

I sit with you and your team for a couple of hours, watch how the work actually moves, and write down every place a machine could take a piece of it. You get a prioritized roadmap, in writing.

02

Build it

Then I build the top item. Not a pilot, not a proof of concept — the actual thing, running in your business, maintained by me while it matters.

03

Teach your team

A half day, on site, with your own files and your own workflows. Everybody leaves able to do three specific things they couldn't do that morning.

Proof

Five AI products, and the podcast network they grew out of.

Not case studies from an agency deck. These are live right now — you can open them, sign up, and pay me four dollars. The five apps each handle accounts, payments, analytics and AI in production, which is the same plumbing your business needs.

Prices

Published, so you don't have to ask.

Fixed prices, not custom quotes. If something doesn't fit, I'll tell you before you pay for it.

Power Hour One hour, one problem, solved live while you watch. The cheapest way to find out if I'm any use to you. $200
Audit & Roadmap Two weeks. I learn how your business actually runs, then hand you a written, prioritized plan you could give to anyone. $1,500
Team Training Half a day on site, using your real files and workflows. Up to twelve people. $2,500
Implementation I build the thing and keep it running. Monthly, cancel whenever it stops earning its keep. from $3,000/mo
Who this is for

Businesses where the work is too specific for off-the-shelf software.

If you already have software that does this, I'll tell you.

Plenty of businesses are paying for tools that already include what they need — they've just never switched it on. Finding that out costs you nothing and saves you a retainer. I'd rather be the person who told you than the person who charged you.

How it starts

A free teardown. Thirty minutes.

  1. You book half an hour. No preparation, no deck, nothing to install.
  2. I ask what your week actually looks like — not what your challenges are. Specifics beat abstractions.
  3. I tell you the two or three things I'd automate first, roughly what each would cost, and which ones you should do without me.
  4. If it's useful, we keep going. If not, you've lost half an hour and gained a list.
